polo valuing blk at ~$0.40c, takeover?, page-14

yep reggie thats comforting ,that polo has increased their share of the action . for a mug punter I sleep better at night.
I do wonder why they could not of done it "On market"my estimation to them of $0.400 cost is a long way from the current SP. even allowing for the exchange rate.
ALSO, has any one got an idea why some body or people fiddle around with the SP, buying & selling small volumes in a restrictive range.???
I am sure most holders would need strong reasons to sell whilst this babys future is being decided.
