My apologies for the distraction and presentation of what turned out to be boring news. In short:
Ivo Polovineo is a Company Secretary at Lynas according to the 2016 Annual Report, though he doesn't have a public profile and doesn't appear on the company website.
The Moly (MOL:ASX) to which he has been appointed is a relatively small capitalisation Australian mining company and not some incarnation of the MolyCorp corpse.
Apologies for all of the confusion.
