If a bi-sexual marries a male, then also marries a female will that person be deemed (and charged) for having committed bigamy?

I guess the way around that would be defacto with one, then married only to the other.

I can see a minefield developing ....

From my perspective they can all tie the knots any which way they fancy, just don't call it "marriage" if it's not between a man & a woman.

Can't a unique name specific to same sex "marriage" be devised, then move on and leave the traditionalists in peace?
