IMO, just like what happen to AVH regarding the manucturing facility, PNV CEO's hand was 'forced'. My take is that he just signed the 10 year lease on the existing property and then the building next door came up for sale. The opportunity came up earlier then needed. Why would they purchase a property that is not need for at least 12 month or more. Does show a lot of confidence to the market though, as he stated. It will be interesting to see what PNV paid for it, it would have made more sense to lease it at this point in time.
