I have just completed my first clinical case using Polynovo BMT to fill in a large lower leg wound in a patient.
It is easy to use and works as advertised, it filled in the tissue deficit with newly vascularised granulation tissue totally suitable for skin grafting.
I and my patient could not be happier with the progress. It is so much easier to use than alternatives such as Integra and as it is non-biological there are no incompatibility issues.
I will be using it more when indicated but what a clinical weapon!
