i received comms today saying the CEO role is not yet signed. When it is they will Ann it. That doesn't tell us if it is 1 week away or 3 months away. Whether the candidate they had fell through or to moosey point it's a planned entry so the incoming ceo can leave on cordial terms from existing role.
Not signed to me would suggest though a new CEO has not yet been found. As I've had many managers sign for a new position, they give notice to the current employer; but the new employer doesn't announce the new person officially until after they start. But they do often let internal teams know someone new is starting.
Last insider buy from DW was 9th June. Does this suggest 9th July we may get some sales results?
