start off with an unprovoked affront/insult, followed by an "If I don't know it, it isn't significant" attitood, rub in some sanctimonious moral superiority, ending with unsolicited and disingenious advice.

Any of you fellas and fellarinas try the Re-Timer? Green light LED technology, developed by an Aussie university (New England, I believe). Probably not as whiz-bang as the NeurOn mask, it just re-aligns body clock ie jet lag.

Disclosure: I have no links with them. Just saw them a few months back while...insomnically(sic) channel surfing late night TV :)
