No worries, you just mentioned that you play with melatonin and 99% of that is synthetic, so i proposed a drug that does everything you wanted but better, deeper sleep, more focus.
RE melatonin: it's actually a Hormone. increasing it means the body has to release more adrenaline and cortisol the other stress hormones. latest studies show it actually works against a better sleep.
Unfortunately it's just the latest "natural" industry craze.
making lots of money off gullible people.
Anyway, maybe try meditation? sometimes people spend all sorts of money and time looking for the latest high tech gadget/ wonder diet pill, when actually the real simple stuff works.
