Just have a look at how it takes. ARU for example. You'll have Prefesibility, Feasibility, DFS, plus half a dozen other studies. 6 or so Cap raises, TO agreements, pilot plants. etc etc.
Probably wont happen this decade.
Ill be happy with a so rise from whats in the ground.
