Todays announcement and resulting SP price movements prove that EXR is an undervalued and unloved company that despite its potential earnings and upcoming high impact drills will struggle to break out of the current trading range. Market jitters may also punish this stock down to levels that are just plain absurd. Despite this i still hold for the longer term and hope one day to "eat my words"
