Mmmhhh....not sure about over-confidence and arrogance when it comes to Olympic competition?? I think you might be a little unfair there, although I am continually embarrassed about the manner in which many young Australians carry on when they are overseas.
We really do show a certain level of naivety and ignorance because we have this "easily the best country in the world" belief that is virtually bred into us. Little do we realise that virtually everyone throughout the world has the same belief, and they too, believe that are correct.
