Hope the next move is not another low ball full takeover - I've had a gut full of these in the last few years.

I think the clean energy / renewables (that PAN is related to) would have to have a good correlation with the (world) economy. If there is a recession or slow down the move to new energy will be slower and the sp of all companies in sector will be lower. The price of fossil fuels is a double sided sword - high prices add to recession but also push people to electrify and use cheaper solar energy.
