Called past tonight for a squiz as I drive virtually past alreco to/from work each day. No construction appears to be happening as yet but there is a very large bulldozer sitting in the back of Rogers Chemicals site at 81 Hays Rd along with a lot of "stuff" under tarps etc that wasn't there a few weeks ago. Cant really see up the back of the Alreco from down on hays rd so cant comment if they are working up there or not. Therefore either they are using Rogers Chemicals site at 81 hays rd for a storage facility or they are gearing up to dig some ponds.
