Ponder 3,

• how many attended the recent AGM?
• how many shareholders voted at the AGM. Looks like only approx max 33% of shares voted - nearly all Sexton/Gerlach supporters??
• why wasn't the AGM held online?
• why did staff get paid 75% of bonuses for non performance by BFC.
• What questions were asked at the AGM?
• when do Sexton and Gerlach exit? May not be relevant if an Administrator is appointed.
• Will shareholders get an update on Water, Tech and PFG sale/s?
• Is the current CEO locked in for 1- 3 more years?

The Administrator must be warning up. Glad I exited at 8c
