One play only - looking for a takeover based on Lactoferrin, and only because all output contracted (regardless of price). Anyone can contract milk - offer the best price for milk solids. BFC have done this and have plenty of (unloyal) volume but can’t convert into value at consumer product level due to dealing in commodity products based on global pricing.
The model was never good unless you were Sexton and Gerlach.
