    Ponder No 2 - have new nominations for Board membership pre AGM (would any one stand??) OR vote against Remuneration Report at AGM (needs the numbers) and see the Board dismissed and a reelection to follow.

    Is this the last chance to see Sexton/Gerlach exit quietly??
