To the ordinary person in the street this would lookm like blatant price manipulation. Laws and regulations are meant to protect the ordinary person in the street!

Personally, I am bitter about the fact that I may not be able to participate in the future of a world class mine that will turn the corner by year's end. $324 million offered when the hard work has been done and $650 million spent. Not just sour grapes as my holdings average at 69.1 cents.
