You make some very interesting points Orionwoo. Lets assume that the accounting system is the last hurdle that PRR have to jump before they list on the NASDAQ - what would your opinion of the time frame before the SEC gives the go ahead. A previous poster I think said he was advised that it was a six(?) week turnaround. So I am guessing about 3 weeks to advise SEC of the changes and then have them approve the process. I have to say though that the guess is a very uneducated one on my part
