OK ..ITSAGAS is getting EXCITED once again...WHY?
IND Submission was supposed to be submitted to the FDA by the end of MAY...??
Didn't happen...!!!!
I'm confident that the HARD WORKING Diamond and his DEDICATED staff will submit soon.Delays do happen..Normally,the IND submission is done by a Big PHARMA with an Army of Scientists..
OK .so let's say the IND is submitted in the next 2 weeks to the FDA.
30 days from submission with no corrections it becomes alive and Anp has a drug in P2b.
But in the next 30 days we should hear from the MS society re a Grant $$ for a small study in Germany Atl 1102 for SPMS.The results could enhance our Partnership chances with PHARMA.
I have a gut feeling that we're not far away from a Partnership deal for Acromegaly,We should know which Reputible Medical Journal Prof Trainer has submitted his findings to.
So after 30 days and ANP get the green light for P2b .an application to a NON DILUTIVE FUND is submitted.( greater than $10 million)
I don't think the 2 new directors in the USA are sitting around DOING NOTHING !!
