Andy...Because the NASDAQ re Biotechs had a huge CORRECTION..Strongbridge had their CR reduced before listing on the Nasdaq... They were never in the hunt to be able to move ATL1103 for Acromegaly forward..

STRONGBRIDGE were honourable and decided early enough .walking away from the JV..Now ANP got about $10 million ( shares returned,cash.longer studies,ODD in USA and EUROPE. Etc)
THe only thing ANP lost is Time.....but then again we would have had to do all the things I mentioned in bracket...
So we didn't do so badly...and the $$ money it would have cost ANP not mentioning share dilution...
Bonus we can ask for more $$$$$ to Licence and milestones...
ALL GOOD..
