There are some advantages in higher densities, but there are a few streets near where I live you have to stop often, weave in and out of cars parked by the side of the road due to higher densities. Also, some sewerage problems are now occurring as original systems were designed to handle so much crap per area. I know of someone who had crap flowing out of their toilet due to a blockage downstream. The Water Corp in WA is a big revenue raiser for WA, but I imagine the WA State Govt. will be reluctant to put in larger pipes. I wonder whether the Govt. will be tempted to sell the Water Corp to balance the budget..... more money gets concentrated in fewer hands and many are expected to put up with the $hyte.....
