Everyone should just wait patiently and wait till houses are 100k again...most people in property boom made a few million most likely so probably have a lazy million in bank waiting patiently for the bloodbath that everyone is waiting for...1 million 10 houses who does not want houses to drop
You would think everyone that owns a few houses are doin it tough when in fact most would be happily enjoying life while others are praying for a massive drop
Really probably safer to buy shares which are way safer when interest rates are higher...really if interest rates are at 6 p savers should see 5p perhaps not bad if you have those millions in bank while you wait for the poor people who have to sell low because all they wanted was the good old Aussie dream
