This submission to the inquiry and the Federal Police investigation into the cattle you would think preclude the liquidator ASIC and the banks to hold off.Not while your bum points to the ground,we are seeing the raw and callous disregard of the law enforcement investigation and the due process of the parliamentary system being thumbed at.

Which now brings me to the conclusion that when the time comes and it will happen soon,because the liquidator is getting to many calls from the inquiry asking about issues like the cattle and where are they?,and the fact that the banks are shown as bad corporate citizens at the very least you would think they would have concerns at investigations of illegal activity as the fall out of this if proven after the liquidator folded his cards and declared the banks the winners of the everything including the trees would be a treat to see how they explain their way out of it.
Oh,Iforgot the banks would use the excuse that they were using the corporations act 2001 or 02 or whatever to hide behind and the liquidator would say yep we knew there was a smell but we hurried up the liquidation process under the windup clause such and such of the corporations bankruptcy act 2001-02 etc,etc,aaannndd etc.
