I am keen to understand whether I am on the right track understanding if the Ponzi scheme accusation is correct/false.
Here goes;
- If QIN buys wood (from growers) at $136K per ton and sells for $150K per ton, that's not ponzi, that's business right?
- If QIN finances the purchase of materials (wood from growers) using debt, equity or other revenues, that's what most businesses do right?
- Does this mean that ponzi is only mentioned because there needs to be an end buyer for the wood that QIN has purchased from the growers? Otherwise it looks like capital has paid out growers, not end customers.
So once an end buyer has been sourced/announced, the ponzi debate is over?
