very hard to pick which way WPL SP will go.
SP flat. 20 day ave flat. bollingers narrowing. MACD converged and flat. RSI neutral at 50.
not in the SP favour is its expensive in relation to large international O&G companies also this why i doubt a takeover
I could be wrong and often am.
