Can you drive more than 10 km/ 6 miles in any direction? What about traffic jams? I think the technology is decades away from what I have seen in the US/ Europe. In Europe, they wanted but it never caught on because it just didn't work for over 15 minutes and in peak hour, morning shopping runs, forget it.
