Coopec, please, r u in a city where electric cars r actually used or is this wishful marketing blurbs u r reading? IMHO, practical experience beats a manual or marketing pitch or textbook every time, don't need to read up, if you go to a modern European city like London or Paris, look at the lines of the electric cars waiting to charge up the battery, walk over the chargers on the sidewalk forever puring away to go a small distance to the shops or local mum& pop shop/ fry up. These electric cars are always being charged but never being driven because the charge does not last that long. What lump of reading materials deals with that problem? Are the electric cars u r reading about, actually used for commuting by someone not in the socio-economic group that resides in Peppermint Grove or Roseville or Ascot or Toorak? If u were in one of those suburbs, why make the chaffeur put up with charging the battery of the car forever to go a small commutable distance when paying for petrol at CTX, BP, RDS or CVX is more productive & efficient? Even the European Union Parliament, the most magnificent group of Lefties, Greenies, Commi's & socialists known to humanity have given up on electric cars, everyone else might care to do so too lest you want to be disappointed.
