All I know is that all three markers were discussed when financing of these projects was getting underway & JCC I thought both Brent & JCC were ruled out due to liquidity. i.e how do you hedge if need be?
Brent's liquidity has improved substantially since then, but at he time it wasn't nearly as good as WTI especially if you wanted to hedge beyond 2 years.
