The Saudis are playing the game & there are some dumb suckers buying it.
Prices will increase, we have seen the lows, meanwhile they increase production.
I have never seen such a dumb market, quite incredible.
80 year highs of crude stocks in the US !
Stocks are growing by over 1M bbls a day !
Just in the US.
So if you believe over production globally is only 1.8M bbls & that outside of the US there is only 700k bbls of over production you are seriously mistaken as well.
Its going to get very ugly,
I've shorted BHP for the same reason as of yesterday & today.
