This really has been a shocking display of trading over the past 8 months or so. Relentless downtrend at the moment. Nothing is signalling a low yet although if it trades at 3.2c or lower, technically some strong bullish divergence comes into play which should see some buyers start stepping in. Outside this OEL is simply in the CRAP !! (not a technical term !!) . E.
