Top 14 of 15 global refineries will not buy from Iran.
Price for Iranian crude will fall as lack of demand besides from China and price for POO unsanctioned will rise as remaining refineries scramble for supply of unsanctioned crude. Not to mention hedge funds punching it up.
$80 will fall as as soon as Iranian sanctions kick in.
