Performance bonuses should be a slam dunk for management if they choose to push them through now.
EG; "Dear shareholders, we would like to introduce to you an incentive program to drive us forward and get the SP up. We propose that if we can increase the SP by at least 33% we should be entitled to options to the nominal amount of at least 10% of the company shares on issue"
I.E. Increase the market cap by 33% for an incentive bonus of only 10%....the lucky shareholders will be 23% ahead on the deal......a fair deal for this diligent and vigilant team ...
Reality 1,000,000,000 shares for management to get the SP from 1.8c to 2.4c......can it be achieved?
Only if the SP doesnt look after itself.
Oh and I almost forgot.....this notice to shareholders would, at least, prove that they are in deed communicating with us.
