There have been two big sellers in the past few weeks (i.e. known sellers only). One is David Whitby and Ward Ferry. David Whitby sold as he needed to raise cash to pay tax (according to him anyway). He categorically stated that there was nothing wrong with the company.
Ward Ferry followed shortly. When the price starts moving down unexpectedly as in this case, investors start getting the heebie-jeebies and start selling which snowballs.
Hopefully people realise soon that it is not systematic selling and confidence returns.
