pooled nominee accounts

Hi all,

I'm over in the uk, and my online dealer sent me an email notifying me of the Tullow offer.

I was a little worried to note that the email suggested that

"as a pooled nominee tenders in excess of the basic entitlement may be treated differently to those by an individual holder".

Sounds like those of us who deal on line need to be careful here.
