What about an overseas China newspaper with global editions?
With the current issues between China and Australia, any article published about the ASX in the business/finance sections perhaps will make an impact or ruffle some feathers.
As this ASX/ISX case is highly controversial, controversial means would be required to alleviate the controversy.
