poor announcement from ggp, page-25

Dynamo77 I have lodged a formal complaint with ASIC my reference number is 80261422.

I have also sent an email to the VIL company accountant apparently his email address is [email protected].

below is the wording in my email Quote:

As a share holder I find it appalling and negligent in your duties as directors in not informing the market on the status of the Fausse Point Joint Venture with Golden Gate Petroleum.

GGP has released market sensitive information today 17-05-2010 see attachment.

I have reported the fact that no announcement was recorded to the ASX by VIL on the same project and ask them to investigate if any under breaches to the continuous reporting rules under section 6 and to ASIC to investigate if there were any breaches to section S674(2) and S675(2)

My reference number with ASIC is 80261422.
