It's pretty simple really. GGP today announced a major delay in the piping infrastructure which WAS due for the end of April and then Mid-May.

VIL failed to announce this to it's shareholders. IF I was a new investor and had set announcements to be delivered to my iPhone or email address FROM VIL ONLY and all buyers had disappeared from the VILO buy line because others had read the GGP announcement then I would have been at a disadvantage.

That would have left me with no chance of selling out for 0.001 as I knew nothing about this new timeline - THAT is unacceptable.
