My response too -

If you would be kind enough to provide me with details of the name in which you hold VIL securities ? I will be happy to forward your comments to the VIL Board.

You would be aware that GGP is the operator of the Fausse Point Project and as is the normal practice make announcements to the market on behalf of all participants in the Project. There announcement had omitted the details of the participants and we are currently addressing this matter, and have discussed the matter with the ASX."

That is true but usually there would still be an announcement under the VIL code that said -
GGP: Project Operations Update

Exactly like under the GGP announcement is says -
