poor announcement from ggp, page-48

VIL management have been caught unaware of GGP's announcement.

This is no excuse but as GGP are the operators all reports on the project are released through them.

If any one thinks for a minute that the wording has not been carefully thought through before being released to the market I would like their take on it.

I believe with GGP and the Merger with pass coming from left field last week and the dilution it will cause GGP and now this release, with out notifying the JV partner of the release speaks volumes about GGP's management.

What are they trying to achieve and is it in the best interest of either GGP or VIL shareholders.
