There's definitely room for improvement in their childcare centres. I know because I took my daughter to one of them and I found the staff not caring or patient with her and one staff was even like that when I was there. Hence I pulled her out and went somewhere else and I know a few other parents there did the same after a while because their kids were not settling in.
Management needs to up their game and have better staff selection, management and training. Cull staff and management that aren't up to scratch. If you can't help new kids settle in then you're losing business.
There's definitely room for improvement in their childcare...
