Good question. I'm not sure if the other parents did or not. Unfortunately I didn't, partly because I felt the manager at the centre wasn't very attentive and it was most likely a waste of time and partly I just wanted to quickly find a childcare that suited my daughter.
But as a shareholder I should have made a complaint. At the time share price was on a upward trajectory and doing really well so I thought it might be just a one off bad childcare centre.
