As far as I’m aware the PM wants this deal done but they still need to go thru the correct processes . As spoken about before this is new to Cambodia and I don’t think either side would be contemplating old school business tactics . A project of this size would be watched closely and the risks to great .
I was surprised that EMR thought they could get Re Zoning thru so quickly . This usually does take a bit of time .
Don’t have any doubts this project will happen in the time frame in the activity report but history now shows on further expansions we need to start the lodgements early .
Once EMR have all the rubber stamps , these guys are real miners so expect the plant will be built very quickly and have had longer to plan this .
Funds in place I believe so all systems go soon .
When the first bucket of pay dirt goes thru the mill time delays will just be a forgotten memory .
