Good post TPG however one comment about your statemnt "this poster believes a businessman with the credentials & runs on the board (Gandel) deserves a fair go and crack at it. That for mine is at least three months."
One needs to keep in mind that Gandel came on to the GIP scene in July 2009, 19 months ago, which is considerably more than the 3 months you mention above.
This is the reason why there is increasing volume to the cry for a major BoD revamp, as IMHO Kenny and Dunlop should go (neither appear to have contributed much during the past decade) and more technologists along the lines of Starink plus a marketing person are badly needed.
