My first reaction yesterday was that the issue price was way too low where future annoucements could push the price higher meaning less shares required to get the same money. I have a feeling these guys don't know what there doing. Very annoying considering the project is quality. Lets just double the shares on issue in one go and remove all possiblity of the price ever going above 5c. Good one guys.
