    In short no. The maximum theoretical grade for spodumene (if it was 100% spodumene) is about 8% Li2O. So a concentrate grade of say 6 % is approx 75% spodumene and 25% others. As opposed to the natural rock we have which is say 15% spodumene and 85% others. The separation/concentration can only be done in the plant after crushing etc
