Very disappointed with management. They have not told us under what conditions Xtrata can purchase 51% of Universal other than the SEEP project option. What is exactly the so called - other conditions in which Xtrata can take 51%. eg what time frame ? Doesnt the corporations act require disclosure on such vital and material information.
We are still kept in the dark about the "other" technical problems. Again boys - we as investors need to know. Are there more than just technical problems and the price of Copper problems? Where is Xstrata in all of this.
I sold all mine at 12 cents. Too many unanswered questions in my mind.
Can someone more knowledgeable tell me if this is something we can complain about to ASIC??
