Has anyone seen a worse market for small caps, especially miners/explorers, in recent years? I can't say I blame anyone for restricting investment to proven earners but there is obviously a huge amount of apprehension about risking capital at the moment. I can't help thinking the Aussie economy is on pretty shaky ground, bouyed only by big miners.
