    According to an after-market announcement, Downtown Utilities "will not exercise its pre-emptive rights with respect to WilTel's interest in PowerTel based on the Roslyndale proposal....(but) will decide separately its response to the sale and the proposed refinancing when final details are available".

    So where does this leave PWT?

    Will DTU stay, exit, or simply be diluted away?
