    Half expecting a 3D hologram of Gough Whitlam to appear on my computer as a pop-up and tell me how dangerous modernising the Medicare payments system will be.... bbbbhhwhwwwoorrrrr

    Is that why Bill is so attached to the old system - because part of Gough ?
