As we all know management have not given us much of announcement let alone a "Prize"
So having said that I recon the next announcement will sound something like this......
It is our duty to inform share holders that company XYZ is attempting an aggressive take over for OZ minerals.
Company XYZ has is offering $2.05 per share.
We the management and board feel this is not fair value and recomend you the share holders decline the offer.
Wouldnt it be nice???b
